Who we are, where we operate, and how we work with clients.
Fehu Crest Consulting Group Ltd. (FCCG) is a pan-African consulting firm. We provide financial advisory, strategy, transformation, enterprise risk, governance, research, and growth-related services to private- and public-sector organisations. Our work is grounded in senior leadership experience across the continent.
Our office is in Nairobi, Kenya — KMA Centre, Block A, 5th floor, Suite 2, Mara Road, Upperhill, with a P.O. Box address on file for correspondence. Office hours are published on our contact page.
Our consultants have led engagements in Ghana, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, and the wider sub-Saharan Africa region. We can structure projects for clients across the African continent, subject to scope, regulatory context, and travel arrangements.
We work with banks and financial institutions, corporates, development partners, regulators, and growth-oriented businesses. Our service catalogue spans advisory, transformation, risk and compliance, research, and SME or enterprise growth — see the Services section for the full list of offerings.
English is the primary language for deliverables and workshops. Multilingual support on the ground can be arranged for specific markets when the engagement requires it.
Timelines, ways of working, confidentiality, and continuity.
Most projects begin with discovery: clarifying objectives, constraints, and stakeholders. We then agree a workplan (analysis, design, delivery, and handover), with clear milestones and reporting. Larger programmes may combine advisory streams with transformation delivery and capability building.
Timelines depend on scope. A focused advisory assignment may run about four to six weeks. Multi-track transformation or enterprise programmes often run six to twelve months or longer. We set realistic schedules in the proposal after discovery.
We use hybrid delivery by default: workshops and critical sessions on-site where value is highest, supplemented by structured remote working. The mix is agreed per engagement and can adapt to security, travel, and stakeholder availability.
We treat client information as confidential and use project-appropriate controls: NDAs where required, need-to-know teams, and secure channels for sharing materials. Specific arrangements are documented before access to sensitive data.
Assignments are led by senior consultants with relevant sector and functional experience. The core team is named or described in the proposal; we avoid “bait and switch” staffing — if resourcing changes materially, we discuss it with you.
Yes. Many engagements include a post-delivery sustainment or capability-transfer phase so recommendations stick. Longer retainers are available when clients want periodic review, board-ready reporting, or light-touch advisory.
What we can help with and how to navigate the catalogue.
Our catalogue includes business and financial advisory, strategy, mergers and acquisitions, strategy execution, programme management, research and insights, process optimisation, training and capability development, risk management, governance and compliance, internal audit, forensic review, environmental, social and governance (ESG), SME development, digital channels and transformation, marketing and brand, partnerships, and related offerings. Each has a dedicated page under Services.
Yes. We support multinational setups, regional institutions, and SMEs, including growth and turnaround contexts. The team, pace, and fee structure are sized to the organisation and risk profile.
Yes. Several partners and consultants bring deep experience in banking, insurance, and regulated environments. We align deliverables with applicable supervisory expectations and your internal policy framework.
Yes. Training and skills transfer can be embedded in programmes or delivered as a standalone track, including materials, facilitation, and follow-up checkpoints.
We support diligence work in line with our advisory and risk offerings — for example financial and operational reviews, governance diagnostics, and fraud- or integrity-related assessments. Exact scope is agreed per mandate and is not a substitute for statutory audit unless explicitly contracted.
Pricing, agreements, and practical terms at outline level.
We use transparent project fees, milestones, or retainers depending on duration and risk. Indicative ranges may be shared early; formal pricing is stated in a written proposal after a discovery conversation when scope is clear enough to quote responsibly.
We typically offer a no-cost discovery call or meeting to understand fit and outline next steps. If diagnostic work is required before a full proposal, we agree that as a separate, scoped piece.
Yes. We can work under your paper, ours, or a mutual form, including confidentiality and professional services agreements, subject to legal review on both sides.
For project work, fees are often invoiced against milestones or monthly for retainers. Exact terms (currency, VAT or withholding, invoicing address) are set out in the contract and invoices.
We do not provide guarantees of regulatory outcomes, share prices, or commercial results. We do not offer services that conflict with law or professional ethics. Where something sits outside our licence or expertise, we say so and can often suggest complementary specialists.
How to reach us and what to prepare.
Use the contact form on our website, email info@fehucrestconsult.com, or call the numbers listed in the header and footer. Briefly describe your sector, objective, and timeline — we’ll respond with next steps or scheduling.
Organ background, key documents (organogram, recent strategy or board papers if relevant), problem statement, decision deadlines, and any non-negotiable constraints. The less you have formalised, the more we shape discovery together — but clarity on goals speeds things up.
We aim to acknowledge business inquiries promptly during East Africa business days (see published office hours). Complex routing may take an extra day if specialist input is needed.
When we recruit for specific roles, we post through our usual channels or respond to directed inquiries. Speculative CVs can be sent via the contact email with a clear subject line; we cannot guarantee individual feedback on every unsolicited application.
Email info@fehucrestconsult.com or call +254 707 604 095 — we're happy to scope a discovery conversation.
