Dr. Kojo Aboagye-Debrah is an accomplished Economist and Strategist with over 28 years of experience in banking and financial services. He has held various senior roles, including Deputy Managing Director at OmniBSIC Bank, Ghana and special advisor at Stanbic Bank Ghana, where he contributed significantly to business development, corporate banking, and strategic planning. His leadership was instrumental in transforming Stanbic Bank into a Tier 1 institution and guiding the merger of BSIC Ghana and Omni Bank into OmniBSIC. Dr. Aboagye-Debrah also has expertise in risk management, relationship management, and economic research, making him a versatile leader in the industry.

In addition to his banking career, Dr. Aboagye-Debrah has served as a consultant and lecturer in strategic management and economics, contributing to various academic institutions in Ghana. He holds a PhD in Strategic Management from the Business University of Costa Rica, along with an MPhil and BA in Economics from the University of Ghana. He currently serves on boards of financial institutions and a regulatory body in Ghana, leveraging his expertise to shape industry standards and guide economic policy.
